Manufacturing Process

The Manufacturing Process at our end is Highly Developed. Specialized Techniques of Forging ( Cold / Hot ) utilizing Specially Processed Raw Material ranging from Low / Medium Carbon Steels ( SAE 1010, 1018, 1041, 1541 & EN8D ) to Alloy Steel ( SAE 5140, 4135, 4140, EN18D & EN19), Stainless Steel, Case Hardening Steel (SAE 8620, 16MnCr5 & EN 353), etc.

The Well Equipped & Modern Plan covers Raw Material Testing Facilities & Instruments to Control The Quality at its Highest Level. The Company is Awarded ISO 9001 : 2015 Certificate from TUV SUDDUETSCHLAND, GERMANY.

The Company has Highly Qualified & Experienced Staff and thus the Quality Procedure is followed at Each Stage of Manufacturing.

  • Machining Facilities such as CNC Turning Lathe, Hydrocopy Turning Machine & Lathe Machine.


  • Drilling Facilities on Central Drilling Machines of Various Sizes.


  • Head Slotting & Slitting Machine such as Milling Machine, Special Purpose Machine & Lathe Machine.


  • Centreless Grinding Machine with & without Profile Grinding Attachment.


  • Cylindrical Grinding Machine.


  • Centreless Circular Thread Rolling Machine with Special Attachment for Concentric Threading & Special Rolls for Threading After Heat Treatment also.


  • Tangential Thread Rolling Machine for Threading, Knurling & Serration.


  • Atmospheric Controlled Shaker Hearth Furnace for Hardening with Digital Temperature Controller.


  • Forced Air Circulation Tempering Furnace with Digital Temperature Controller.


  • Annealing Furnace for packed and scale free annealing & normalizing.


  • Phosphate ( Zinc ) Finish Plant with De-greasing Facility and with Temperature Controller.


  • Zinc Plating with Barrel and Tank Plating Facility. Passivation Facility for desired finish such as Bright, White, Blue & Golden Yellow.
